Dusted Pork cutlets in flour mixed with dried sage, salt and cracked pepper. Seared on both sides in oven safe frying pan. Topped with fresh rosemary sprigs and mushroom gravy and placed in oven at 375 for 15 minutes.
Saute chopped kale in oil or bacon fat with a little salt and pepper for around 5 minutes until well wilted. add chicken stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
