Wednesday Dinner - Blackeyed Peas with Andouille Sausage, Spinach and Baked Macaroni

I got home from work late and my wife and son were eating dinner at church, so I decided to fix my dinner from leftovers and frozen andouille.  Prepared the beans and sausage to be quite spicy!
