Tuesday Dinner - Vegetable Korma and Aloo Mattar

Indian Vegetarian Dinner

Vegetable Korma - Caulilower, peas, carrots and green beans in a mild sauce made with coconut, cashews, tomato paste, cream and spices including cinnamon, cardamon and ginger.

Mattar Paneer - Green peas and potatoes in a sauce made of onions, tomato, tamarind and spices.

Served over Basmati Rice with Chapati Bread and Lime Pickles
