Grouper and Shrimp Ceviche


12oz       Grouper
8 oz        peeled Shrimp
3            Limes
2            Lemons
1            Blood Orange
1            diced Honey Mango
1/4 cup  chopped Cilantro
1/4         minced Jalapeno
1/4 cup  finely sliced Red Onion
3           thinly sliced small Red Sweet Peppers or 1/4 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 tsp  Sea Salt

Juice the Lemons, Limes, and 1/2 of the Blood Orange into a stainless steel mixing bowl.  Add Salt. Cut remaining half of the Blood Orange into supreme.  Thinly slice the Grouper  and add along with Shrimp and Onions to bowl. Allow to sit in refrigerator for 10 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and return to refrigerator for 30 minutes.  Serve with salad of Baby Greens.
