Wild Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Grilled in Cedar Paper with Melon Tabouli and Wild Mushroom Wild Rice Medley

Soaked Cedar Paper in water for 30 minutes.  Placed Salmon skin side down on Cedar Paper and lightly dusted with salt and pepper.  Wrapped fish in Cedar Paper and tied with twine.  Grilled for 12 minutes.
