Soaked Cedar Paper in water for 10 minutes. Placed Grouper on Cedar Paper and lightly dusted with salt and pepper. Covered fish with lemon slices and tied Cedar Paper around the fish. Grilled for 15 minutes.
Coated Zucchini with olive oil and garlic powder. Grilled for 15 minutes.
For the Tabouli, Soaked 1 cup Bulgar Wheat in 1 cup boiling water for 30 minutes. Drained and allowed Bulger Wheat to cool in in refrigerator. Diced 1 cup of Honeydew melon and 1 cup Sprite Melon. Finely chopped 1/2 cup each of Curly Parsley and Mint. Placed Melon and Herbs in a non-reactive bowl and added juice of 1 Lime and 2 Tbsp Olive Oil. Mixed in Bulger Wheat and allowed to sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes before plating.
