Not your average worknight meal!
Sauteed garlic and shallots in olive oil; Added sliced sweet peppers; Added 1/2 cup each of white wine and chicken broth; Tossed in seafood and juice of one lemon and covered to steam for 8 minutes. Served over spinach linguine and sprinkled with freshly grated Peccarino Romano cheese (sheeps milk hard chees from italy. One of my favs).
